A new awareness= shift in belief, then integration occurs, these are the initiating components to change. If you think about it....what you used to beleive and perceive, is what has brought you to where you are.
If you want a shift in condition, the shift starts in the psyche. Balancing right and left brain function can offer a terrific lauching pad to preparing you for the magical healing response!
The left brain is the thinker, using logic, facts and ego. The majority of us are over stimulated on this side.
The right brain is the visual, intuitive creative influence. This is where magic occurs!

SOUND WELLNESS
I recently attended a great talk on the magic of sound as a healing tool. It was yet another fantastic modality to add to the many alternative therapies that complement any healing journey. I felt inspired and excited to spread the word!
Sharon Carne is our local musical pioneer that gave the talk. It was an introduction to the many applications music has, other than for pure acoustic enjoyment! Please do refer to her website for more insights and sample sound tracks.

"The use of sound to help people in their healing is as old as civilization itself. Sound therapy can assist with stress reduction, calming the mind, and improving focus. I beleive resonance is not just a word used to describe music. We all experience feelings of being aligned with ideas and people that have common values. This is what I felt at Sharon's talk.
